Every student is
Seen, Cherished,
& Taught to be
Remarkable Leaders.

We go into schools, sit with students, and stay through graduations, setbacks, breakthroughs, and everything in between.

This isn't a program.
It's a relationship.

Culture Makers is a faith-rooted youth mentorship initiative of Vine of Life, serving students ages 11–18 across Garland and Fort Worth, Texas. We show up every week, in schools, in hallways, in gowns at graduation, because we believe every young person deserves to be known.

Our mentor guide, our curriculum, and our community impact events are all built around one conviction: when students know they are seen and loved, they become leaders.

"To Connect, Equip, and Unleash students to find and fulfill their leadership potential."

Our Philosophy: Culture Makers
01
Weekly Leadership Lessons
25-week curriculum taught inside schools, covering identity, resilience, integrity, communication, and hope, grounded in faith and leadership principles.
02
One-on-One Child Mentorship
Meaningful weekly conversations with students, tracking growth, building trust, and creating a short-term life plan together as a family.
03
Parent Connection
Monthly calls with parents to build connection, trust, and partnership. We want every family to feel supported, not just every student.
04
Community Impact Events
Every full academic year, we host a community gathering: awards nights, celebrations, and milestone moments students will carry for life.

We go where the students are

Our partnership with each school includes benevolence, teacher support, parent engagement, community impact events, and weekly student mentorship. We don't wait for students to come to us.

Mentors Wanted

You don't need
a title.
Just show up.

Our long-term vision is to train more adults to care for children, expand their leadership capacity, and give them a higher sense of contribution to the world. Every mentor we equip multiplies the impact on students.

1

Reach Out

Call or text us at 214-326-0124, or email welcome@vineoflife.org. Tell us why students matter to you.

2

Conversation & Onboarding

We'll talk about your story, your heart for students, and where you'd fit best. No script, just a real conversation.

3

Attend a Session

Come see what it looks like in person. Meet students, observe a lesson, feel the culture of what we're building.

4

Show Up Every Week

That's it. Consistency is the key. Students don't need perfection, they need someone who comes back.

I Want to Volunteer

Let's talk about your student, your school, or your calling.

Whether you're a parent who wants to refer a student, a principal looking to bring us into your school, or someone who wants to volunteer or donate, we'd love to hear from you.
