Culture Makers is a faith-rooted youth mentorship initiative of Vine of Life, serving students ages 11–18 across Garland and Fort Worth, Texas. We show up every week, in schools, in hallways, in gowns at graduation, because we believe every young person deserves to be known.
Our mentor guide, our curriculum, and our community impact events are all built around one conviction: when students know they are seen and loved, they become leaders.

Vine of Life exists to build people up in the ways of Jesus and send them into their God-given purpose. When you give to Culture Makers, you are funding a mentor who shows up, a student who finally feels seen, and a family that finds hope.
None of this happens alone. We are grateful for every organization, business, church, and community leader who has linked arms with us to serve the next generation.
Moses Uvere is the President and Founder of Culture Makers, a faith-rooted youth mentorship initiative of Vine of Life based in Garland, Texas. He founded the organization in February 2017 with a simple conviction: when students know they are seen and loved, they become leaders.
In 2021, Moses launched the Culture Makers mentoring program with one school and 20 students. Under his leadership, it has grown to 10 partner schools across Garland, Rowlett, and Fort Worth, serving more than 300 students ages 11 to 18. Through weekly leadership lessons, one-on-one mentorship, parent connection, and community events, Moses and his team work to connect, equip, and unleash young people to reach their leadership potential.
Above all, Moses is a devoted husband and father of three.

Our long-term vision is to train more adults to care for children, expand their leadership capacity, and give them a higher sense of contribution to the world. Every mentor we equip multiplies the impact on students.
